The house is rented on a weekly base
from saturday 17pm to saturday 10am,
and also for week-end during the mid and low season.

During low season, the house is rented for 8/10 pers.
hosted in the main house. It is not rented during wintertime.

Pre-booking is 25 % of the total amount.
The remaining 75 % is due one month before arrival.
Amount for guarantee: 2000 €

Rental fees include ADSL internet access,
all home textiles (sheets/towels), water and electricity.
Not included: telephone calls, heating,
and extra cleaning bills

Garden and Swimming pool are taken care of.
Pets might be accepted according to specific proprietor's agreement. A car is mandatory.

House keeping, baby sitter might eventually be obtained
upon special request.
